Mini skid steer with post hole auger for fencing

Small at the gate.Big on the fence line.

In fencing, most of the work is in the ground. With the auger on the Minimog, you drill every post hole to the same depth, and the material travels right along to the fence line.

Sound familiar?

The fence goes up fast. The holes don't.

Putting up the panels usually goes quickly. The real time is lost on everything that happens before.

  1. Digging a post hole with a spade
01"Every hole is dug by hand."

In stony ground, a single post hole can easily take half an hour. On a long fence, you can work out how many days the digging alone costs.

  2. Long fence line
02"The material is at the trailer."

The fence line often runs along a slope or behind the house, far from the trailer. Every trip back to fetch posts or panels costs time and energy.

  3. Setting posts in the mud
03"By the afternoon, the energy's gone."

Anyone who has spent all morning digging and carrying hardly sets a post neatly in line in the afternoon.

Will the Minimog fit through your access?

    The solution

Small enough for the gate.Strong enough for any ground.

With the hydraulic auger, you drill holes up to 400 mm in diameter, one after the other and all to the same depth. With the pallet forks, posts and fence panels go straight to the line, and you clear away the spoil in the same go.

Is the auger included with the drive unit?

No, drive unit and augers are separate. That way you only buy the diameters you need.

    Which diameter suits my posts?

Tell us the post size and foundation, and we'll recommend the right auger from 150 to 400 mm.

Will the machine fit into tight gardens?

The Derette V1000 and XC1100 are 900 mm wide, the VMENG VM1000 915 mm.
