01 · Two widths
Narrow or wide, you decide.
At 915 mm with a 200 mm rubber track, the SAM 1200 fits through garden gates and doors. At 1,070 mm with a 230 mm track, it stands wider and more securely on slopes and carries better on soft ground.
02 · The heart of it
Kubota D1703, almost 100 Nm from just 1,500 rpm.
The water-cooled 1.7-litre Kubota diesel delivers its full torque at just 1,500 rpm. It doesn't have to rev high to work: that saves diesel, reduces noise and extends its service life.
03 · The drive
Branded hydraulics and Poclain travel motors.
A piston pump from Bondioli & Pavesi delivers 48 l/min to the attachments, and the valve comes from Hydro Control. High-pressure Poclain piston motors drive the tracks, at around 8 km/h forwards and backwards.
04 · The undercarriage
Twin rollers, built like a tank.
Twin rollers guide the rubber track securely, even during tight turns. The frame protects the undercarriage, and you adjust track tension with a grease gun.
05 · Arm and connections
Built strong, guided cleanly.
The reinforced heavy-duty arm lifts 544 kg, and the hydraulic hoses run protected inside. High flow and low flow have pressure release, so you can couple and uncouple attachments easily. The float position lets the attachment follow the ground.
06 · Controls
Everything under control, everything in view.
Multifunction joysticks, a digital display with all machine information and a sprung standing platform. The dead man's switch makes sure the machine only works when you're standing on it.
07 · At our place in Elkenroth
See it, test it, take it home.
You can see the SAM 1200 in our yard and test it on your own ground. You get service and spare parts directly from Elkenroth.
