01 · The heart of it
Yanmar diesel with 50 hp.
The water-cooled four-cylinder Yanmar 4TNV86CT delivers 176.4 Nm of torque. It keeps pulling even when the mulcher is working in dense wood, and is designed for long running times.
02 · The hydraulics
Up to 80 l/min for the mulcher.
A piston pump from Bosch Rexroth supplies the attachments with up to 80 l/min. The multifunction valve from Hydro Control distributes the power so you can drive, raise the arm and run the mulcher at the same time, with hydraulics matched to the job.
03 · Two connections
High flow and low flow with pressure release.
The large oil flow drives everything that rotates: mulchers, grinders, augers. The small circuit controls movements such as gripping and tipping precisely. The pressure release removes residual pressure so you can couple and uncouple the hoses easily.
04 · The drive
Poclain travel motors up to 400 bar.
High-pressure piston motors from Poclain Hydraulics put the power on the tracks, even in rough terrain. At up to 10.8 km/h, the SAM 1950 quickly gets to wherever it's needed on site.
05 · The undercarriage
Built like a tank.
Twin rollers guide the rubber track on the outside and inside, so it hardly ever comes off even during sharp turns. The anti-vibration tracks are gentle on ground and operator, and you adjust track tension with a grease gun.
06 · The heavy-duty arm
Built strong, guided cleanly.
The hydraulic hoses run protected inside the arm so nothing gets caught. The float position lets the attachment follow the ground, ideal for levelling and for the rotary tiller.
07 · Operation and safety
Everything under control, everything in view.
Two joysticks, a clear display and a raised, sprung standing platform. Dead man's switch, lift arm lock and parking brake make sure the machine only does what you want.
08 · At work
Built for the forestry mulcher.
Enough oil flow, enough weight, enough stamina: the SAM 1950 shreds dense undergrowth and scrub until the land can be used again. With a bucket, tiller or sweeper, it works just as well in landscaping and in the municipal yard.
09 · Built for everyday work
Built to last.
Powder coating against rust, LED headlights, fixed lashing points for transport. For maintenance, the side panels can be removed, giving you access to all important assemblies. You get service and spare parts directly from us in Elkenroth.
